Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
This is an application under section 439 of Cr.P.C. in connection with Dharakote P.S. Case No.157 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 161 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Sheragada for alleged commission of offences under sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner has been rejected by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aska by order dated 06.12.2019.
In view of the ghastly murder committed by the petitioner and the statement of the eye witnesses and the manner of assault, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
Accordingly, prayer for bail stands rejected.
