The petitioners, namely, Raja Das & Bikash Das are implicated in Dharmasala P.S. Case No.559 of 2019, corresponding to C.T. Case No.1738 of 2019 of the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Chandikhol for the offence U/ss.392/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accused petitioners are young boys of 20 years old. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that there is no criminal antecedent against the petitioners. They are in jail custody since 2.12.2019.
Having regards to the nature of accusation and period of detention, I am inclined to grant bail to the present petitioner. Hence ordered.
Let the petitioners Raja Das and Bikash Das be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter in the above noted case, on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
