Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Addl. Government Advocate.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that chargesheet has already been filed and petitioners are students. The petitioners are languishing in jail custody since 9.12.2019.
Considering the custody period, I am inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Hence, ordered.
Let the petitioners namely, Siba Behera, Titu @ Jitendra Behera and Subas Behera be released on bail by the learned court in seisin over the matter in the above noted case on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
