This application under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. has been made on 2.12.2019 by the petitioner, namely, Ajay Malik apprehending arrest in connection with Nilgiri P.S. Case No. 273 of 2019 corresponding to C.T. Case No.381 of 2019 under Section 294/332/353/189/506/34/225 of IPC pending in the court of learned SDJM, Nilgiri.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel.
This successive bail petition under section 438 Cr.P.C. has been filed after rejection of last one on 26.11.2019 in ABLAPL No.16870 of 2019.
Having found no sufficient ground for the successive anticipatory bail petition, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands rejected.
