In the first hour, mention was made on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter may be adjourned. But this Court is not inclined to grant any adjournment and requested the counsel who prayed for adjournment to get himself ready in the matter, so that the case can be taken up and the Court file was handed over to him. Though he received the file for preparation, but the same was returned to the Court Master and, as such, at the time of call, he is not present.
In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant adjournment and accordingly the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
