Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner has filed this application for grant of promotional benefits as well as the financial benefits admissible to him in accordance with law.
Learned counsel for the opposite party states that the petitioner has already been promoted to the promotional post w.e.f. 01.11.2013 and also the opposite parties have paid all his financial benefits as due and admissible to him on 20.09.2014 effective from 01.11.2013.
In such view of the matter, since the relief sought having been granted, the writ petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
