Earlier also when the matter was listed on 14.08.2018 and 24.09.2018, none appeared for the petitioner and this Court adjourned the matter by directing to remove the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter. But, till date such defects have not been removed.
In such view of the matter, due to noncompliance of the orders dated 14.08.2018 and 24.09.2018, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
