In such view of the matter, the writ petition has become premature. This Court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the opposite party no.3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner vide Annexure-4 as well as Annexure-7 and take a decision within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of a certified copy of the order along with a copy of the writ petition by the petitioner.
