10 03.12.2019 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has no instruction involving the matter. The matter is pending since 2001. It seems the petitioner has no interest in the matter. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for having no instruction but, however, with liberty to the petitioner to approach any appropriate forum in the event cause of action survives.
