Mr. B.Panigrahi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that in compliance of order dated 08.05.2017 he has not received any instruction. In any case, the petitioners may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appropriate forum if any cause of action still survives.
