It appears that this appeal was filed in the year 2007 and in the meantime about twelve years have elapsed. After 08.10.2007, no step was taken by the learned counsel for the appellants at any point of time to get the matter listed. Further, defects pointed out by the Office have not yet been removed by the learned counsel for the appellants.
In view of the above, this appeal stands dismissed for default.
