By way of this appeal, the appellant has challenged the order dated 09.11.2006 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C) No.10157 of 2005.
It appears that this appeal was filed in the year 2007 and in the meantime more than twelve years have elapsed. Further, after 08.05.2007, no step was taken by the learned counsel for the appellant at any point of time to get the matter listed. Further, defect as pointed out by the Office has not yet been removed.
