By way of this review petition, the petitioners seek to challenge the order dated 23.02.2012 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.14808 of 2010.
Entertaining the review petition will amount to appreciation of the matter afresh on merit, which is not permissible under law.
It will not be appropriate to sat over the matter as an appellate authority.
The review petition was filed in 2012 and is pending till date. As such, it will not be appropriate to entertain the review petition at this stage.
Accordingly, the review petition is dismissed.
