By way of this writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for issuance of a direction to opposite parties to remove the Rasagola shops in question at Pahal and to take appropriate steps for road blocking.
Considering the averments made in the writ petition and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we direct opposite party no.1 to consider and dispose of the representation under Annexure-1 made by the petitioners, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if such representation is still pending for consideration.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
