By way of this writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a direction to opposite party nos.1 & 2 to see the construction work of the culvert wall in question and take appropriate action against the person responsible for alleged substandard construction of the same. Further, the petitioner has sought for a direction to the opposite parties to consider and dispose of the representation dated 06.04.2015 at Annexure-1 within a stipulated time.

Considering the averments made in the writ petition and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we direct opposite party no.2-Collector, Dhenkanal to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation under Annexure-1 made by the petitioner and others, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if such representation is still pending for consideration.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
