It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that in the meantime chargesheet has already been submitted and the petitioner is inside custody since October, 2019.
Considering the nature of allegations, it is directed to release the petitioner on bail in connection with Dhamnagar P.S. Case No.154/2017 corresponding to G.R. Case No.318/2017 on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned court below in seisin over the matter.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
