The offences alleged are under Secs.498(A)/341/ 294/323/307/376(2)(f)/34, I.P.C. read with Sec.4 of the D.P. Act.
The present petitioner is the husband of the informant and as per the FIR allegations, the offence under Sec.376(2)(f), I.P.C. is against the brother-in-law of the informant. The petitioner is inside custody since 23.9.2019 and he is an Asst. Teacher by profession as submitted on behalf of the petitioner.
Considering the period of detention of the petitioner and the nature of allegations levelled against him, it is directed to release the petitioner on bail in connection with Jagannath Prasad P.S. Case No.153/2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No.605/2019 on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned court below in seisin over the matter.
The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
