The petitioner has pleaded in the writ petition that she applied for engagement of Anganwadi Helper on 04.03.2009 in respect of Addam Maheshpur Anganwadi Centre for Wards No.6 and 7 under Mahanga Block in the district of Cuttack. Though she was qualified and she having not been selected, she approached this Court by filing W.P.(C) No.7836 of 2012. This Court by order dated 04.05.2012 disposed of the said writ petition directing the B.D.O., Mahanga to dispose of the writ petitio filed by the petitioner after causing enquiry into the matter, if required, within a period of three weeks from the date of production of certified copy of the order. Though the said order was duly communicated and no action was taken, the petitioner filed CONTC No.1622 of 2012 for compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.7836 of 2012 wherein this Court dropped the contempt proceeding on the submission made by learned counsel for the State that the order of this Court would be complied with by 15th August, 2012, if not already complied and accordingly granted time till 15th
