Perused the record. The petitioner has filed this application seeking for a direction to opposite parties to allow the petitioner to take part in the counseling for admission into B.Tech. (LE) of OJEE-2013.
The selection process having already been completed long since, with the efflux of time, the writ application has become infructuous, accordingly, the same is disposed of.
