Perused the record. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for direction to give him appointment to the post of Swechhasevi Sikshya Sahayak in Bhadrak District under Physically Handicapped quota by quashing the order of appointment of opposite parties no.6, 7 and 8.
Swechhasevi Sikshya Sahayak scheme has already been over during pendency of writ petition and as such, in the meantime 14 years have elapsed. By efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is disposed of.
