Perused the record. The petitioner has filed this application seeking for a direction to opposite parties to allow the students of the petitioner’s institution to appear in the ensuing Annual CHSE Examination2014-15.
The examination having already been over long since, with the efflux of time, the writ application has become infructuous, accordingly, the same is disposed of.
