Perused the record. The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for direction to the opposite parties to give him appointment for the post of regular primary school teacher since he has completed six years of uninterrupted service as Sikhya Sahayak.
Since the petitioner seeks for regular appointment as Primary School Teacher which has been declared as Government post, this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain the writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the same is disposed of. However, disposal of the writ petition does not stand on the way of the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum ventilating his grievances, if he is so advised.
With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
