The petitioner is an accused in 2(a) C.C. Case No.139 of 2018 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak registered under Section 52(a) of the Odisha Excise Act.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 02.05.2018 and does not have any criminal antecedent.
Considering the submissions and the circumstances, it is directed that let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak in the aforesaid case.
This order is subject to condition that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent of similar nature of offence.
The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.
