It is submitted on behalf of the State that the petitioner no.2-A. Ajan Rao has a number of criminal antecedents.
However, considering the submissions and the circumstances, it is directed that let the petitioners be released on bail on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper by the learned S.D.J.M., Paralakhemundi in the aforesaid case.
