The petitioners are accused in G.R. Case No.200 of 2018 on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Paralakhemundi registered under Sections 457/380, I.P.C.
Considering the submissions and the circumstances, it is directed that let the petitioners be released on bail by furnishing bond of Rs.15,000/-(rupees fifteen thousand) each with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Paralakhemundi in the aforesaid case with the conditions that they shall not involve themselves in any act of the alleged type and shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when required for the purpose of investigation.
The Bail Application is accordingly disposed of.
