Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State. This is an application U/s. 438, Cr.P.C. All the petitioners are stated to be ladies. Considered the materials placed by learned
counsel for the parties.
Taking into consideration the facts and submission, factum of permanent residence of the petitioners and nature of allegations against them, it is directed that the petitioners shall surrender before the learned Nyayadhikari Gramya Nyayalaya, Ghasipura in G.R.(GN) Case No. 81 of 2017 arising out of Ghasipura P.S. Case No. 151of 2017 within 21(Twenty one) days from today. In the event of their surrender and motion for bail, they shall be admitted to bail by the learned Nyayadhikari Gramya Nyayalaya, Ghasipura on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
