This is an application U/S. 438 Cr. P.C. Taking into consideration the facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioners and nature of allegations against them, it is directed that, each of the petitioners shall surrender before the learned J.M.F.C., Basudevpur, in G.R. Case No.292 of 2017 corresponding to Basudevpur P.S. Case No.146 of 1017 within 15 days from today. In the event of their surrender and motion for bail, the petitioners shall be allowed to go on bail by the learned J.M.F.C., Basudevpur on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
