The petitioner has filed this writ petition for expeditious disposal of the Election Misc. Case No.11 of 2017 pending in the Court of the Learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division), Khurda.
Taking into consideration the facts and submission, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Learned Civil Judge, (Junior Division), Khurda to dispose of the aforesaid Election Misc. Case No. 11 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible, taking into consideration the pendency in his board, and of course if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
