The petitioner is stated to have filed a representation vide Annexure– 2 before the Tahasildar, Tangi- O.P. No.3 for redressal of his grievance.
Without going into the merit of the case, the writ application is disposed of, directing the Tahasildar, Tangi- O.P. No.3, to dispose of the representation of the petitioner vide Annexure- 2 in accordance with law within six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this Order, after giving opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned.
The petitioner is directed to supply a copy of the writ application containing all the Annexures along with a certified copy of this Order to the Tahasildar, Tangi- O.P. No.3 for convenience & reference to Annexure – 2.
The writ application is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this Order be granted as per rules.
