Considering the nature of offences alleged against the petitioner, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in Khandagiri P.S. Case No. 0190 of 2016, corresponding to C.T. Case No. 1786 of 2017, pending in the court of learned SDJM, Bhubaneswar, he shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as the arresting officer may deem just and proper.
