Mr. P. Mohapatra, learned Addl. Standing Counsel on instruction states that in the meantime investigation in Golanthara P.S. Case No.84 of 2014 has already been completed and final form has been submitted on 14.05.2016.
In such view of the matter, since the relief sought has already been granted by the authority, the CRLMP stands disposed of.
