Considering the nature of offences alleged against the petitioner, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in Lathor P.S. Case No. 57 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 347 of 2017, pending in the court of learned SDJM, Patnagarh, she shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as the arresting officer may deem just and proper.
