Considering the nature of offences alleged against the petitioners, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioners in Mahanga P.S. Case No. 26 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 93 of 2017, pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Salepur, they shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as the arresting officer may deem just and proper.
