Considering the nature and gravity of offences alleged against the petitioner and after going through the averments made in the application, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioner in Mangalpur P.S. Case No. 188 of 2018, corresponding to C.T. Case No. 804 of 2018, pending in the court of learned SDJM, Jajpur, he shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as the arresting officer may deem just and proper
