Perused the record. The petitioner has filed this application seeking for rechecking, re-addition and revaluation of marks of +2 Science Annual C.H.S.E. Examination, 2014. The petitioner approached this Court by filing this present application in July, 2015, after lapse of near about more than 10 months. In the meantime four years have elapsed. Therefore, with the efflux of time the writ petition has become infructuous, accordingly, the same is disposed of.
