Considering the nature and gravity of offences alleged against the petitioners and after going through the averments made in the application, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the petitioners in Mahakalapada P.S. Case No. 87 of 2018, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1055 of 2018, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M.,Kendrapara, they shall be released on bail by the arresting officer on such terms and conditions as the arresting officer may deem just and proper
