In this writ petition, the petitioner prays for quashing of Annexure-5 and 6. At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner advanced that the Commissioner Land Reforms and Consolidation, Cuttack-opposite party no.2 may be directed to dispose of the Revision Case No.220/2014 within a stipulated time.

Since the revision petition has been filed in the year, 2014, I do not find an y reason to issue a mandamus to the opposite party no.2 to take up the revision case for early disposal. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file an application before the opposite pa rty no.1 for expeditious disposal of the aforesaid revision case within a period of ten workin g days. On such event, the opposite party no.2 shall consider whether there is any good reason for expeditious disposal of the revision case filed by him and if there are some good grounds , opposite party no.2 shall take a decision thereon subject to pendency of the cases before hi m and other legal priorities, if any.

Misc. Case No.21014 of 2016 Issue notice as above. Accept one set of process fee. In the interim, it is directed that the further proceeding in Execution Case N o.229/2015 passed by the learned District Judge, Cuttack shall remain stayed till the next dat e.

Because of non-production of the document, the matter could not be taken up fo r further hearing. Hence, list it on 04.03.2016. Interim order dated 11.05.2015 is extended till the next date. A free copy of this order be handed over to Miss.Sabitri Ratho, learned Addl. Government Advocate for compliance.
