ve Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack for disposal of O.A. No.800(C)/2016 within a stipulated pe
riod.

We are not inclined to entertain this writ petition. It would be open for the petitioner
to approach the learned Tribunal for early disposal of the O.A., if so advised. In such event
