 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
 The petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the opposite par
ties to reimburse/refund the enhanced rates of wages along with escalation in the cost of mate
rial to the petitioner in respect of the agreement under Annexure-1.
 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had brought to
the notice of the authorities regarding enhancement of the minimum wages, however the same was
 not disbursed in spite of the bills submitted. Therefore, he has approached this Court.
 Considering the limited nature of grievance of the petitioner and the fact tha
t the petitioner has not submitted the relevant documents before the authorities, this Court d
isposes of the writ petition with an observation that in case the petitioner will file a repre
sentation before opposite party no.4 along with all the relevant documents within a period of
four weeks from today, in such event, the said authority shall dispose of the representation o
f the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of filing of the representation,
 after giving opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner.
 A free copy of this order be handed over to learned Additional Government Advo
cate for compliance.
