Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner in this writ petition challenges the order dated 16.11.2017 pas
sed by the Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No. 260/641/2017 and M.A. No. 260/600/2017,
wherein the Tribunal did not inclined to pass any order on the interim application filed by t
he petitioner.

Since the Tribunal is in seisin of the matter, this Court is not inclined to i
nterfere with the impugned order. It is open to the petitioner to move the Tribunal for early
disposal of the Original Application, if he so advised.
