Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for opposite party no.2. An additional affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioners in Court today. The same be kept on record.

- This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioners challenging the order dated 30.07.2015 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No.787 of 2013.

- It appears that the grievance of the petitioners are covered by the decision of this Court in W.P.(C) No.16565 of 2016 along with batch of cases disposed of on 01.05.2017.
