 2. 03.11.2017 The petitioner-husband by filing this petition under Article-2
27 of the Constitution has prayed for a direction to the learned Judge, Family Court, Puri for
 early disposal of C.P. No.130 of 2016.

 The petitioner-husband has initiated the above noted proceeding before the lea
rned Judge, Family Court, Puri by filing an application under section 9 of the Hindu Marriage
Act for restitution of conjugal right.

 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the opposite party-wife has al
ready entered appearance in the said proceeding and also filed her written statement. Accordin
g to him, there remains no such impediment for further progress of the proceeding for its conc
lusion. It is further submitted that the petitioner, who is serving at a distance place, is fa
cing lot of problem for the pendency of the proceeding.

 Considering the limited nature of grievance as submitted, this application is
disposed of with an observation that in the event the petitioner makes a move as above before
the learned Judge, Family Court, Puri within two weeks hence by filing an application citing
 all the grounds for early disposal of the proceeding, the learned Judge, Family Court, Puri s
hall do well to consider the same in its proper prospective and pass appropriate order thereon
 in accordance with law.
