02. 01.11.2017 Heard Mr. Swain, learned counsel for the petitioner an
d the learned Additional Government Advocate.
In this application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction for early dispo
sal of G.I.A. Case No.533 of 2014 pending before the learned State Education Tribunal within a
time frame.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is at the verge
of retirement and hence there arises the need for early disposal of the G.I.A. Case as after
retirement, the petitioner would face great hardship in pursuing the matter. According to him,
early disposal of the G.I.A. case would also prevent a lot of future complications.
Considering the limited nature of submission, this application stands disposed
of with a direction to the learned State Education Tribunal to dispose of G.I.A. Case No.533
of 2014 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of si
x months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
The writ application is accordingly disposed of.
