 Heard Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Senapati, learned Addl. G
overnment Advocate.
 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this case the grievance of the peti
tioner relates to non-sanction of incentive equal to two increments in his favour though he is
 a Green Card Holder since 1988.

 In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner, however, prays that liberty
be given to the petitioner to file a representation for the aforesaid purpose before opp. part
y No.1 and further prays that necessary direction be issued to opp. party No.1 to dispose of t
he said representation within a stipulated time.
 Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of t
he case, this Court grants liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the opp.
party No.1 with regard to non-payment of incentive equal to two increments to him within a per
iod of two weeks along with the certified copy of this order. In the event, such representatio
n is filed, the opp. party No.1 would do well to dispose of the said representation within a p
eriod of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation by passing a reasoned ord
er in accordance with law.

 The writ application is accordingly disposed of.
 Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
