ernment Advocate.
In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the order of trans
fer under Annexure-4 dated 28.8.2017.
During course of hearing, Mr. Baral, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that h
ighlighting all his grievances, the petitioner has filed a representation under Annexure-5 bef
ore opposite party no.4 on 30.8.2017 and he prays that a direction may be given to the oppo
site party no.4 to dispose of the said representation under Annexure-5 within a stipulated tim
e.
Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of t
he case, this Court directs opposite party no.4 to dispose of the said representation filed by
the petitioner under Annexure-5 by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law within a p
eriod of four weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. Till dispos
al of the representation under Annexure-5, no coercive action shall be taken against the petit
ioner.
The writ application is accordingly disposed of.
Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
