Heard Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.B.Jena, learned counsel
for the opposite parties.

In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to opposite partie
s for revaluation/rechecking the answer scripts of the petitioner in the subjects like English
, Physics and Chemistry.

During course of hearing, Mr. Mishra submits that for the purpose of rechecking, the p
etitioner has already deposited the required fees on 15.5.2017 under Annexure-2 series. Howeve
r, till date the rechecking marks have not been supplied to the petitioner. In such background
, he prays that a direction be given to opposite parties to supply the rechecked marks to the
petitioner within a stipulated time period.

Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of t
he case, this Court directs opposite parties to supply the rechecked marks to the petitioner w
ithin a period of four weeks, if there is no other impediment.

The writ application is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of this order on proper application.
