3. 9.1.2017 At the outset learned Addl. Govt. Advocate submits that the pe
titioner being a contractual appointee as Lady Matron of PUPS Chittapari-III under Korukonda B
lock since has questioned the office order of disengagement, the approach ought to have been b
efore the State Administrative Tribunal more particularly when the appointment is not under an
y scheme.
In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner contends for withdrawal o
f the writ application with liberty to move the appropriate forum in the matter for redressal
of the grievance of the petitioner in seeking quashment of the office order under Annexure-1.
In view of above, the writ application stands disposed of granting the liberty
as aforesaid.
