anding Counsel.
Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner and on goi
ng through the materials as placed, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petiti
oner. However, it is directed that in the event the petitioner surrenders in the court below a
nd moves for his bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit and disposed of in accord
ance with law without being influenced by this order.
The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
