06. 17.08.2017 After some arguments were advanced by the learned counsel for
the petitioner, he made a request that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ pe
tition with liberty to approach the authority concerned for redressal of his grievances.
Prayer is allowed.
The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
