04. 16.08.2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner
may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition, in case
any cause of action still survives. A memo with the same prayer has been filed in court today
which is taken on record.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party does not object to t
he same.
Prayer is granted.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
